What error message is shown to you?

Could you perhaps post a screenshot of the login error?

  @woozle I can't Connect to router  in the app I want  to control the router  I need to connect  to the wifi so I can control  it but I want to control  it when  am not on the wifi

If you want Tether to be able to connect to your router when you are not on the router's Wi-Fi, then you need to "bind" the router to your TP-Link account.

 

Please open the Tether app when you are connected to the router's Wi-Fi, log into the router, then tap on the "More" icon in the lower right corner. Scroll down and check if there is a menu item named "Manager". Within the "Manager" menu there should be a "Bind" button.
