Hi TP Linkk Support community,

 

I tried several times upgrading the firmware of my Deco X-55 but always having this result

can anyone help me guide the upgrade. See screenshots below

 

 

Trying to use the below firmwares:

 

 

It enters the Uploading /Upgrading Stage up to approx 40% but will not push thru, below is the error

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Your Terrace X55 is a customized model by som some ISPs only, which is different from common Deco models.

You may check its bottom label for confirmation(according to the firmware you shared, we can see the difference). So you want to update firmware for it, it is suggested to contact youe ISP.
