I updated all the computer's bios, but I couldn't find a solution. I searched for a driver from the product ID, but I still couldn't find one.

Hi,

 

BTH\MS_BTHBRB should be the "Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator" and it should be installed by Windows itself.

 

If you right-click on the "Bilinmeyen Aygit", select "update driver" and then choose install driver automatically, what does it say? (make sure Windows is connected to the Internet while doing this)
