My OMADA CONTROLLER OC200 V1 IS NOT RESETTING

My Controller is not resetting after i tried factory reset from the website like i usually do , it didn't reset at all , the previous SSID are still there, but all EAP are showing "managed by others" after i bind and setup again, i tried doing it physically but no it doesn't reset. How do i fix this , even now when i try adopting the EAPs it says failed due password and username being incorrect even when the new device username and password is correct

Changing the password for an SSID won't causing EAP disconnection, it must be caused by some other unknown reason.
Will this happen everytime after you chaning the password?
And how do i confirm physically or digitally if my omada oc200 hardware controller is faulty

Does the issue persist?
It should be udner warranty as long as you purchased it from our authorized stores. You may contact your retailer to check the warranty.
