link speed will not go higher than 1000mbps
i have recently upgraded my wifi to a 2gb package, i live in a 3 story property so i require a wired connection on the 3rd floor for my pc that doesn't have wifi.
i have purchased TP-Link Deco X55 AX3000 Whole Home 3 pack form amazon to send the speeds to each floor.
i have Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller network card on my pc but the link speed is not increasing over 1000mbps even after altering the speed and duplex and a few other properties. 1x deco is acting as a router and then the other 2 on each floor with the third being the one connected to my pc. the cable connected to my pc is Cat 8 Internet Cable Flat High-Speed 40Gbps 2000Mhz Network Cable.
i have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers.
the deco has speeds of up to 3000mbps so i cannot see why my link speed will not change and why im only getting around 600-800mbps download speed.

Deco X55 comes with three gigabit Ethernet ports. Your PC can not connect to X55 by Ethernet cable with speeds faster than gigabit.
If your X55 set is still in Amazon return window, I suggest to return it and buy 3 pack set of Deco X50 Pro. These come with 2 Ethernet ports, each port 2.5Gigabit.
Make sure you do order X50 Pro, because "regular" X50 is just like X55: three gigabit Ethernet ports.
