Hi everyone!

I got a new C330 camera and I'm trying to enable the smart analysis features in my Hikvision DVR. Even enabling the features on camera by web browser or the app the DVR still says that the camera doesn't support the feature. The manual says that I should enable a feature in "Settings > Smart > Object Attribute Analysis" but this setting doesn't exist on the camera. The only thing that works in the DVR is the Motion Detection (basic event). All the Smart Events doesn't work.
