Does the zyxel_2078 router work with TP-link

I have used the WPS on the router and Re200, they appear to synchronize but the wireless status stays off. The ext does not show on my devices.
I have connected to the Re200 via lan cable. I have tried easy setup and the scan does not seethe zyxel_2078_EXT. I have set it up manually and it works but will not do the single mesh.

The EX5601-T0 is in the Wi-Fi Alliance's database, but "EasyMesh" is not shown among its features. (go to https://www.wi-fi.org/product-finder and enter EX5601-T0 under "Keyword Search")
So, while the Zyxel EX5601-T0 perhaps might support some type of "Mesh" it will not be able to build an "EasyMesh" or "OneMesh" network with a RE200. Hence you can only connect the RE200 to the EX5601-T0 as a normal range extender.

Hi,
I am not able to find a Zyxel router with the number 2078.
Can you please check for a label on the Zyxel router (usually on the bottom or rear side) and see if there is something else that looks like a model name?
Zyxel actually has only a few router models that could make a single Mesh (EasyMesh) with an RE200 V5.
