Model: TX201
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: IDK

Hi! I need support for my Network Adapter, I installed a new SSD on my PC and after rebooting the adapter was no working and no led was on, I tried reinstalling the drivers but the installer says it doesn't detect any devices.

I also tried changing the ethernet cable and changing the port it is connected to on the modem but nothing worked, when I then connected the cable to the port integrated into the motherboard it worked so I wonder if the card is fried or if maybe I need to make some changes at the BIOS level perhaps.

Below I leave you the specifications of my PC:

-MOBO: Asus Prime x470-PRO

-CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

-GPU: AMD RX 7700 XT

-RAM: 4x HyperX Fury 8GB 3200

-PSU: Sharkoon WPM Gold Zero 550W

-OS: Windows 10

Hi,

I would try the TX201 in all of the four or five PCIe slots that are not occupied by the RX 7700 XT and see if that makes any difference.

Did you replace an old NVME SSD with a new NVME SSD or was there no NVME SSD installed previously?

Chipsets usually provide a limited number of "PCIe lanes", which are then shared between all the PCIe slots and other devices that use the PCIe bus, like NVME SSDs.

Maybe there is some sharing of PCIe recources going on between the M.2 socket for the SSD and the PCIe socket where the TX201 is plugged into?
