Hello@Jun9889 ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if your network topology diagram looks like this:
ISP modem—BE800 )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection)

Is there any error message when you try to connect the Tuya devices to the router?

Typically, IoT devices connect to the 2.4 GHz network. Are you connecting your IoT devices to a separate 2.4 GHz network?

Or, please enable the 2.4 GHz guest network for testing.

Best Regards.

  @Joseph-TP

There is no error message but the devices would stay disconnected. At times when u switched off and on it may connect back for a short while then disconnected again.

Hello@Jun9889 ,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Have you tested the other 2.4Ghz clients? Can they access the internet stably?

Alternatively, please connect the Tuya device to a different network for comparison. To confirm whether Tuya devices cause the problem.

Other 2.4ghz clients are also hit and miss. Connections slow and sometimes get disconnected.

Hello @Jun9889 ,

Thanks for getting back to me.

It seems that you have six other routers. Have you created an EasyMesh Network among all your routers?  If possible, please reposition the BE800 to eliminate connectivity instability caused by its current location.

The BE800 may receive a new firmware update soon, so please keep an eye out for it. If the connectivity instability persists, we recommend contacting local support for further assistance.
