Archer c54 device need update in Bangladesh. Router frequency is falled. Router is very weak

How fast is the speed supplied by your Internet provider?
As per official specification the Archer C54 V1 is equipped with a "10/100 Mbps WAN Port".

If we take into account some protocol overhead the maximum Internet speed that can be achieved via a 100 Mbps WAN port are about 95 Mbps.
This cannot be changed by a firmware update.
In case your Internet provider provides you speeds faster than 100 Mbps, then you would need a Wi-Fi router with a "Gigabit" WAN port to be able to use the full speed.
