Model: Archer AXE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: V1.6

My router was new and installed Mar. 2025.  About a month ago, I started getting 'Connected without internet'.  My internet connection would cut in and out all day.

Today, I tried moving the router and connecting an ethernet cable to the modem.  That didn't work.  So I put it back to were it was.  Now I can't access the internet through wifi at all.

Help!  I don't know what to do next.  Why am I getting that message?

Hello @Rebecca112 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

When the internet drops, even you connect the PC to the modem directly but the PC can't access the network, right?

If so, the unstable connectivity should occur on the modem. You need to consult your ISP.

If the modem can provide network, please reboot the mdoem and router.

Or, do Mac clone for the Archer AXE75: How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
