I wished to put parental control on myy childs mobile phone on my wifi network.
Since the router is allowing only whitelist method, It is very tough for me to find the Domain names of the wesites that i wanna allow.
i wish to allow google searches, Spotify and Whatsapp only.

But Whatsapp is acting noutrious, first of all i have allowed
{
  dit(dot)whatsapp(dot)net
  graph(dot)facebook(dot)com
  cdn(dot)whatsapp(dot)net
  mmg(dot)whatsapp(dot)net
}

now still i am not able to send messages and call after activating parental control.

I am trying to implement this on an android devices and Everything works fine when parental control is switched off

kindly Edify me on what to do further.

Whitelisting WhatsApp is difficult with Parental Controls because the domains used by the app are complex and change frequently, especially for calling.

Here's an old thread on that matter. In general you have to whitelist "whatsapp" as a key word.

Notable domains are:

whatsapp<dot>net,
wa<dot>me,
and other related hostnames like:
*.cdn.whatsapp<dot>net,
g.whatsapp<dot>net,
graph.facebook<dot>com,
graph.whatsapp<dot>com,
media-*.cdn.whatsapp<dot>net,
fna.whatsapp<dot>net,
mmg.whatsapp<dot>net,
pps.whatsapp<dot>net,
web.whatsapp<dot>com,
scontent.whatsapp<dot>net.

A list of IP addresses , ports and hostnames that WhatsApp uses is listed on Meta for Developers website.
