This should be a legit FW release, which is not yet published on your local support portal.
Publishing this update on the local support portals would take some time as this is a usual practice.
You won't receive a BETA FW release through the TP-Link Cloud service, so don't worry about this either.

Hi thank's for reply.
If i'm search 1.3.0 3.1.4 v607c.0 Build 230807 Rel.27532n the last official version published on 2023 Google reply me with the link of the website for download the firmware but if i'm search 1.4.0 3.1.4 v607c.0 Build 250812 Rel.45637 answer me "nothing result about your search". I think tp-link forgot to make the update available for download on any national website.
It would be better if TP-Link announced updates when they were available for download instead of announcing an update that wasn't downloadable for installation. If it's a BETA update, it's better to disclose it somehow so the user can decide whether or not to update the firmware. The same considerations apply to BETA updates as to motherboard BIOSes. Beta updates can work well or not at all, so the decision is left to the user.
