Hi I'm having issues setting up a guest network so I can have a separate 2.5GHz.
Im running a Deco M9 as the router with M5s downstream. Everything is up to date.
When I click to create a guest network and try to set a password I get the error 'Failed to set wireless information' constantly. Rebooting etc. Doesn't fix it.
Any suggestions?
This error message is similar to a known issue in the Deco app when trying to save settings. Please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
1. After opening the Deco app, wait for a few minutes before making any changes to the guest network settings.
2. Force close the Deco app completely and try again.
3. Ensure your phone is connected to the Deco Wi-Fi network before opening the Deco app.
