Hello,

I have a problem with my TP-Link Archer AX23 router (EU/2.0).

After connecting the router to power, it starts normally:

  • the Power LED turns on,

  • after a short time the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi LEDs turn on,

  • then the Power LED starts blinking,

  • and after a moment the router completely powers off and all LEDs go dark.

The router then stays off or repeats the same behavior.

I already tried:

  • disconnecting all Ethernet cables,

  • factory reset attempt,

  • using another 100% working power adapter with the correct 12V specification.

The behavior is exactly the same on another power adapter.

Could you please help me diagnose the issue and advise if there is any recovery procedure, emergency firmware recovery, or method to bring the router back to life?
