Hello @Az1z ,
Welcome to our community.
To help troubleshoot this, please check which scenario below matches what you're seeing on your extender's LEDs when the disconnection happens:
Scenario 1: Signal, 2.4G, and 5G LEDs turn OFF when the extender disconnects
1. Make sure the extender's Wi-Fi name is different from your router's Wi-Fi name.
2. Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
3. Reposition the extender for optimal signal strength (refer to: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3103/).
4. On your router, set the 2.4GHz channel to 1, 6, or 11, and the 5GHz channel to Band 1 (channels 36–48).
Scenario 2: Signal, 2.4G, and 5G LEDs stay ON when the extender disconnects
1. Make sure the extender's Wi-Fi name is different from your router's Wi-Fi name.
2. Confirm that your router itself has a stable internet connection.
3. Update the extender's firmware to the latest version.
