My 5G connectitivy rate will not stay steady. It will drop from 500Mbs to 5 Mbs. It will normally hold around 300Mbs but then under load will drop to 5Mbs for about 30 seconds.

Having similar issues to the previous thread re: slow performance using the AX3000. The router is receiving speeds in excess of 300 mbps. On the 5 ghz band, the router is broadcasting out 200-250mbps
