I just unboxed one of 6 new hs110s. Within 10 minutes it shut down each time. The outlet had power but not the device, until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Not sure why the device loses power.

Did you set up schedule, away mode, etc.?

 

How about the other plugs?

No schedule set up and I only have one I was testing before I opened them all.

May test another one. A comparison test is a good idea.
