Hi,

More than 4 clients can connect to it and access internet. The recommended clients is about 15.

Back to your case, we can do some troubleshooting:

What is the light status of RE200?

Whatis the IP address and default gateway of the new clients? Can they ping the router? How to check IP address: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/838/

With new clients connected to the main router directly, can they access internet?

What is the current hardware and firmware version of the RE200?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards
