the main idea is to share internet. they connect ok.
MODEM WITH INTERNET>ROUTER TL-WR940N>CPE510>>><<<<CPE510<<<ROUTER TL-WR841HP<WIFI TO TABLETS PHONES ETC and by cable to pc
???                                   >192.168.0.1>192.168.0.2>>><<<192.168.1.20<<192.168.1.1<<???
Ap cpe510 has a static ip and the CLIENT Cpe 510 has a dynamic ip.
The client is connected to wr841hp on the internet port

It is suggested for you to set Static IP on both CPE510s. The first one should be set as Access Point and the second one should be set as Client.

Please refer to the instructions in the link below to set the Client again:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/727/

If the client still cannot get internet, please provide more details about your situation.

1. What is the distance between the access point and the client? What are the heights for them? Please draw a network topology.

2. Do you have internet access when connecting to the access point's Wi-Fi? What is the IP address for Wi-Fi connection?

3. Connect a computer to the Client CPE510 and check the IP address it obtains.
