load balancer TL-R470T+ Problems detect wan 2
I have the tp-link TL-R470T + load balancer, I have configured WAN 1 with MI ISP (Cable Onda) and Wan2 with another ISP (Cable & Wireless).
WAN 1: Dynamic IP
WAN 2: Dynamic IP
I have problems for the TP-link to recognize me the Internet of WAN 2 which is by DHCP, When I remove the network cable and put it back in the wan2 it detects the connection.
however, the connection of wan1 is maintained without any problem and never falls, Is it a problem from my wan2 provider?
How can you help me?

Do you mean your WAN2 is disconnected and you need to re-plug the cable to make it work?
If so, you can check if you set Link Backup or any other function. Link Backup will make your backup WAN down and only work when primary WAN down.

I explained myself wrong.
tplink does not detect my wan2 my ISP is connected to wan2 and nevertheless tplink does not detect it.
and my ISP works because if I connect a computer it gives me an IP address, submask, gateway and DNS.
check the attached image, delete wan1 for security but see how it stays connected in wan2 and never detects the connection.
the router located in wan 2 is the master model TG2492LG-MAS

Firstly, make sure you did not use link backup function. Then you can try to exchange the cable for WAN1 and WAN2. Check if the problem only happens on WAN2.
And you can try to upgrade the firmware.

If I use the backup function, when wan1 is dropped it automatically changes to wan2.
This causes me not to recognize wan2?

If you use backup function and wan2 is backup wan, then wan2 will offline unless wan1 down. If wan1 and wan2 both offline, it should has problem. Please note that backup function is disabled by default.
For now, it's recommended to upgrade the firmware at first.
