Model: Touch P5
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 20161221 Rel. 53675

Good evening.  I worked with my ISP on the phone for a few hours to correct speed issues (have had for a long time, and just got fed up) and we were able to isolate the issue to something with my router, if you could please offer some ideas on what I may be doing wrong...The story - I pay for 600 Mps and get 50-80 down and ~20 Up when I conduct ISP speed test on my PC, harwired through either of a cat 5e or 6 cable to my router.  When I remove the router from the equation and plug computer into ISP modem, I jump up to 580up/~300down.  //  I verified my QoS settings on the modem are 1000mbs up and down and had wi-fi off with no other connections when conducting the test, but continue to get the low speeds through the router only.  I updated my firmware some time ago.  Do you have any ideas?  An acquaintance of mine at the ISP company told me to work with TPLINK to figure out what I need to do next.  Thank you

@Tman37

With computer connected to the Touch P5 by wired cable, please run the speed test and click here to check the wired negotiation speed.

Note: The steps are the same, you need to click "ethernet connection".

Meanwhile, please test the wifi speed you can get from the Touch P5.

It seems that the ISP modem is a modem router, first you can disable the QoS on the modem and then test the speed from the Touch P5.

Besides, you can configure the ISP modem as bridge mode and use Touch P5 as the main router or you can switch the Touch P5 to the access point to give it a go.

Good day.
