I have 2wire612 router. When I try to add TP Link HS105 smart plug mini using Kasa app, it tells me to go WiFi setting and add it. When I do this it won’t Connect to Wi-Fi, it says unsecured network. I have been Trying to figure this out for days. Appreciate any help.

@Arlo_521 Hi, you can't connect to the Router's wifi or the Plug's wifi? Please send us the screenshot on the Kasa app that shows the error message, and your Phone WiFi settings page.

You can factory reset the plug by press the button on it for 10 seconds, then refer to the instruction below to set it up.
