Hello,

I am using the TL-WPA7510 Kit for a bit more than a year now and I can't complain about it, especially in those times where we have to work from home. I noticed lately that Powerline LEDs have turned red on both the adapter and the extender while it was working perfectly fine before. I tried to reset the extender (not possible to reset the adapter) and plugged it in the same room as the adapter but the LEDs are still red on both sides. Any ideas on how to fix the issue? Could the problem come from the extender itself (overheat, defect piece parts, etc.)?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Stay safe!

@krapoutzik

Hi there

I'm here to help you with this issue.

Powerline LED read means that the poweline signal strength is not strong enough.

Have you added any large electricity devices in your house recently?

Or have you moved the powerline devices' position?

Last question:

How many powerline devices are you having? Only two or more?

Thanks.
