Please help me.

 

I have purchased new Archer D50 V1 ADSL/router yesterday and after configuration, everything is awesome but only one thing that after enable remote management for my router and using specific port for security, I try it from internet site so I get the login screen but after sucessfuly login, I get blank screen. please advice and another question is there any new firmware for my route and it may get cloud service compatibity.

Hi, for your issue, we are so sorry for the trouble.

Since the reason of security, we indeed have done something on the modem so that you suffer the issue.

Now, we have resolved the issue on our new modem routers.

Since the modem has always been end of life and you bought it within one month, we suggest you return the product from the retailer and change a new modem to use if the feature is very necessary for you.
