I buy  M7350
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 170802 Rel.1009n
Hardware Version: M7350(EU) v4.0
and i try to upgrade the firmware to M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116n

got it from Here
but i got faild message what is the problem plz hel me

Hi, we can confirm that your firmware version 1.1.1 Build 170802 Rel.1009n is a customized version for the local market, so this version can't be upgraded to the generic version on the official website. You need to confirm if there is any newer firmware with your provider, we don't provide any generic firmware update for it.

 

BTW, where did you purchase the M7350? And where are you based?
