Give some more details on the issue.
Have you observed the router logs during the disruptions ?
Did you check if the AX20 is overheating ?
What's your connection to the ISP - direct (PPPoE, Dynamic IP, etc.) or ISP modem/router before the AX20 ?

Hello, just as Ivaylo suggested, we would like to know more details which will help us analyze the special reboot issue you are experiencing.
When did you purchase it, does the reboot issue occur when you first installed it or is it happening after some special activity, such as high loading or streaming? Have you ever upgraded the router firmware or changed some setting on it when this issue begins to happen?
How often does the reboot issue occur? If possible, try to reduce the connected devices, modify the Transmit Power on the router to middle or low, then monitor again.

Can you please verify is the hardware version of the AX20 v1.20 or v1.0? You may find it on the device bottom label.
Meanwhile, please check if the current router firmware is up-to-date, if not, update it and confirm:

@vinodrajan I also have one that randomly reboots on its own.
Its being used as an access point rather then a router with a static ip and a my passport ultra plugged into the usb.
There shouldn't be much load on it and the power draw from the hard drive is in the.22 amp range below the upper limit.
Hw Ver: 1.20
A server pfsense box does all the routing for a fibre connection.
Rather anoying having the wifi go down for no good reason.

Can we have the detailed network layout of the Archer AX20? What if you disconnect the passport ultra hard drive from the AX20, will there still be an issue?
Where is the server pfsense box? Is it connected to the WAN port of the AX20, or one of the LAN ports? Any other specific advanced settings on the AX20?
