Hello,

I tried the voucher type authentication, but the portal is not showing on clients after connecting to the wifi (SSID). To check that my wifi is working I tried the non authentication first and the clients successfully connects to the internet.

But why in the authentication voucher type the portal to login using voucher is not showing.

Hey

Have you configured and enabled the Portal on the Controller? And are the devices able to route to the controller via the VLAN you are connected too?

Hey

That does indeed appear to be correct, cant see anything wrong there.

Are you on a VLAN for the guest network or applied any ACLs? Also what device are you connecting from?

Lastly check you are running 4.2.4 or later of the SDN, I had some random issues with portal and MACs when running 4.1.5

I'm not on VLAN, all of the device including mac, android. The portal page doesn't appear at all.

I finally solved it. I have to turn off these firewalls

May I ask where is the firewall setting coming from? On the wireless clients, or on the Omada Controller host?
