We currently use the configuration below with a Mikrotik router but that does not work with AX6000 using the conf below. The log we see in the radius server is:

Error Message

mschap: FAILED: No NT/LM-Password. Cannot perform authentication

This seems to be a bug as all these parameters below are correct. Once again, when we use Mikrotik we can login with user/pass to authenticate into wi-fi without any issues

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

@xtrail

It seems that you missed configuring a particular parameter on the radius server, and you have figured it out already. Congratulations.

Since the issue was resolved already, we will close this topic then.

If anyone encounters a similar issue when connecting to a radius server with WPA/WPA2-Enterprise on the router, please review all the settings on the radius server carefully, ensure you didn't miss anything that is important for the connection.smiley

Have you tried these security settings:

If the above settings don't work for you, then look at the following list - it may lead you to the root cause.
