Model: Archer C50
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: Archer_C50v6_EU_0.9.1_0.1_up_boot[200716-rel40116]

I cannot upgrade firmware to any of the existing new versions: Archer_C50v6_EU_0.9.1_0.2_up_boot[210111-rel37983] or Archer_C50v6_EU_0.9.1_0.2_up_boot[210222-rel54113]. Every time I try I get the following error message: "Error code: 71211 Failed to upload upgrade file! Please confirm the correct file is selected.". Files were downloaded from the official TP-LINK site. Tried on Chrome and Internet Explorer with the same result. What is more, I don't even have a "Firmware upgrade" buton under System tools - I need to manually follow the link /#__softup.htm  - which is weird. Please help.

Here is a label from the router:

@Oscyp Resolved by myself. When connected through the cable - all options are visible and firmware update was successful.

Here's how to manually upgrade the FW of your device.

You have to unzip the file before uploading it into the device.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

You have completely misunderstood my post. I know that. Although it ends up with an error. Help me with that....

@Oscyp

Are you trying to update the firmware in the local network or remotely? Be sure that you are connected to the router network when doing this.

If you are connected to the router network but still failed, we would like to follow it up via email, the support engineers will try to figure it out.
