@Clive_A what are support 4G USB options for Canada, the list provided does not include supported product for Canada.

Where are those?

TY

There is no definitive answer to this. It depends on your region, and we only provide what we know can work with our models. All the listed models are what we know can work with our stuff.

You may try with the models that are not listed.

I'm looking for some help.

I've bought an ER605 V2 to solve my "always online" need and i'm struggling to solve this case: i need to aggregate velocity between 2 wan.

Of course, i know that would be some issues regarding throughput (and i have up to 2 GBPS if sum 2 wan links), but i'd like to know if i could aggregate the velocity of both links.

I'm a home user, by the way.

Thank you all!

The modem compabilty should explain how the modem compability works.

A static list of support modems is not helpful, to find the right modem the user needs to understand how the modem compabilty works to be able to select a modem without relieying on static names which might not be avaialbe everywhere.

For this kind of hardware industrial/business modems should also be supported IMHO.

Like a fiber modem to a router, they would usually work without any problems.

But that does not guarantee everything should work with it. We indeed see special cases where modem would not work or got some problems with the server end so it does not work with our router. But most, on the market, 90% would be fine.

USB modem should work fine. Most models we tested are basic USB modems without fancy settings. We cannot list all or point out what modems cannot work and its reason.

This is the baseline for our community.

This is not doable. See the explanation:

Common Questions About the Load Balancing, Link Backup(Failover) & Online Detection

In theory, no network devices would aggregate the speed. But in a test, you might see an aggregated speed, but this is never a guarantee. It depends on the server and how the sessions work.

@Clive_A That sounds good. It would help if you list which drivers are enabled in the kernels of the router so the user can deduct themselves which modems should work.

I am not able to share any hardware, kernel, or driver information. Thanks for your understanding.

@Clive_A Technically you can as those information is in the GPL code that is on the device.

Anyway anyone who wants to check the information download your devices GPL code and check the enabled modules.

The forum team does not provide information in reply about the codes or anything about the hardware on board.
If you need to view the code, you can go to the product support page and check if it has a doc about the GPL.

If you have any questions on the product, you can contact the sales team regarding the hardware and open-source related stuff.

We do not provide any related information.
Thanks for your understanding.
