Deco M5 Jittering
Hi, just got my 3 nodes Deco m5v3 and experiencing lagging probably because of my config.
My ISP modem IP is 192.168.55.1 and give assign DHCP for my main Deco as 192.168.55.101
However in my phone app, the Lan IPv4 address is 192.168.55.101
What should I do to fix the jitter ? Is there any conflict in the ip address or should I set Deco as access points and let the ISP modem assign DHCP ?

It makes sense to switch Deco mesh to Access Point mode, if you don't need Router mode features. That could improve Deco mesh performance. It also might reduce jitter, but no guarantee. In any case, it'll simplify your network setup, and that is always good.

@Alexandre. Some said AP mode will reduce the speed or is it just a myth ? And also which way is better:
- Isp modem router -> 3 node
- modem -> main node -> switch -> nodes

@Alexandre. I alr changed to AP mode, however in the deco app it still show 1 node as the main node. Is it normal ?

Hi, AP mode would not cap the speed and the best connection would be:
/---AP2
ISP modem router---switch---AP1
\---AP3
General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco
And as long as all three M5s are under the same Mesh, there will be only one "main" Deco.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
