Hi! Are you talking about registering the product on our warranty portal? Are you located in the U.S.?
Have you factory defaulted the 225 AP using the button located beside the ethernet switch?
Is it running region firmware consistent with the other devices in your solution?
yep. like carl said, do you run trouble when reg it? if so, you need to contact the support for that.
their warranty portal supports region like usa and uk.
