OC200 Hardware controller does not see the router ER7206 as a gateway even

My OC200 Hardware controller does not see the router ER7206 as a gateway , it is connected to the controller but is not seen as a gateway , my network is 10.1.5.1-10.1.5.255 mask 255.255.255.0 GW 10.1.5.251 -- ER7206 , is working but no gateway statistics and when I activated the UPNP service it has an exclamation sign and says gateway required !!!
What should be the problem ?
How to instruct omada controler OC200 to see the router ER7206 as a gateway ?
I set the lan to 10.1.5.251/24 in settings LAN of the controller
I set the ip of the OC200 controller static as 10.1.5.18 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 10.1.5.251 dns 10.1.5.251 dns secondary 8.8.8.8

You may refresh the page and try different web browser, especially the incognito windows, sometimes, clear history and cache will help, too.
