Hi, please confirm the specific frequency of the band 41 the phone is using with the same SIM card at same location, and you could refer to the instruction below to check 4G band on smartphones:

For your reference, the frequency range of Band 41 supported by MR600(EU) V3 is 2555-2655MHz, instead of the full range 2496-2690MHz, so if Band 41 of your ISP uses frequency range 2496-2554MHz, the MR600(EU) V3 will not be able to see it.
