Hi everyone,
yesterday one of my clients updated their Controller to Version 5.9.31. Since then the controller constantly tries to send the configuration to the gateway, resulting in permanent disconnection to the Internet. I attached you the logs from the respective omada controller.

sorry for my late reply. The issue wasn't fully resolved. In the orginal state the Controller was running on an Windows Server VM in the network. To resolve the problem I switched back to the OC200 the company was using before the Windows Server Controller. A solution for the controller running on the server couldn't be found. But since the company relies on a stable network connection I couldn't experiment further.

May I know the model number and firmware version of the router?
When the router is constantly reprovisioned, would all of your network devices drop the network connection? Or would only the router get disconnected from the controller?
What did you have to do to recover the connection when the issue happened? Would it work automatically after some time?
Did your customer have any mDNS-related settings?

the router's an tl-r605v2 with version 2.1.2 build 20230210.
All client's loose the internet connection. After quitting omada controller, the router automatically settles in after one to two minutes.
No their haven't been any mDNS settings. I only noticed, that any existing VPN-Server totally break the adaption.

I just tried to upgrade the device, but now I got the following issue?
Router update failed: The device could not download the firmware update. Please check your network configuration and make sure that the device can access the HTTPS management port of the controller.
This has never happend before... How can I check, that the device has access to the port and to which?

Hello @LarsK1，
It seems that there is NAT or Firewall existing between your ER605 and Controller. As the log indicated, please check your network setup and ensure the ER605 can access the Controller's HTTPS management port. Check out the solution post below for details.

I am seeing a similar thing since upgrading to 5.9.31 running on Docker.
It will try and reprovision my switch, which for whatever reason hangs and leaves that and my wireless APs stuck in an "Adopting" state. I have to power cycle my switch to get things back working.

hi, I know it sheen a while so I'm wondering if anything ever came of this?
I use a TL-7206 with latest fir,ware and have an OC200 controller.
as I'm having issues with random internet disconnects, I decided to download and look at the logs from the OC200.
I also get this exact same WARN message constantly... not sure what to make of it or what is causing this...
