Error 4716 - The entry in use cannot be deleted (Service Filtering)

I see others have had this problem, service filtering page doesnt work
*the bulb doesnt work
* deleting an entry doesnt work
* adding an entry doesnt work
cleared caches
different browsers
different computers
please help its driving me insane
no update available for me to download
ERROR is usually Error code: 4716

Besides, it seems that your current firmware is not the latest one, please download the latest firmware from the official website below and update it manually:

OK, manual update was a success (i was scared to do manually, but it was easy)

Hello, could you please back up the current configuration file first on Advanced->System Tools->Backup&Restore page, and then reset it to factory defaults by holding reset button for 8 seconds?
After the factory reset, please check if you are able to configure the Service Filtering properly, if so, you could also try to import the previous configuration file to see if it still works.

Hi, is the 32400 port still in the list and enabled after the factory reset? or service filtering has been disabled after the factory reset, but issue happens again after importing the config file?
Are you able to disable the existing items in the service filtering page? or disable the service filtering function completely?
