  @midlelens

I have installed the vigi security manager with the latest version and working fine on my Win11 system. Did you see any errors when you try starting it? Have you tried uninstalling it and installing it again for testing?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

  @midlelens I have problems with VIGINSecurity Manager stalling and crashing on W11. Requires task cancellation to allow restart. Any plans for revised versions?

Hi @Ste6983

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Any error message that you can provide for me to take a look? Windows system log?

I don't understand what's wrong with the software based on your description and OP.

Hi @Ste6983

I mistakenly sent the wrong email to your email address. You can ignore that.

For the issue, can you tell me what's the error on your screen? It crashes, and simply does not launch? I haven't figured out what's the error and symptoms of the VIGI issue.

I don't need a debug file so far. I am not on the dev team for VIGI. I need to know what the symptoms of the issue are.

Does this issue occur after your very first installation?

Have you tried a clean re-install?

There is no revision or a new version to fix this yet. There is one new release coming soon but your issue is not clear, I don't know if your described issue will be fixed in the next release.

No. Have you tried what is being said above? This program seems to be fine on Windows 11.

If you believe this is a compatibility issue, run it in Compatibility Mode then and check what happens. If it launches, I'll check it with the dev team. If you fail to launch it, then it's your computer issue. Try to reinstall it.
