multi vpn traffic
Hi
Is it possible with ipsec vpn's (Site to Site in tunnel mode), that a router performing multiple connectons such as the ER8411 allows traffic from remote site to speak to another remote site through the established tunnels?
From my prespective im finding it difficult to route traffic over a vpn through the er605 to the er8411 without the remote and local ip address details being advertised as part of the vpn setup information, so i cant see how a remote site will know how to get to another remote site.
Has anyone got simlair experiance?

@Clive_A So from your table, I assuming that A would be the ER8411 with multiple VPN connections, and i just need to advertise the routes in the local and remote connections part of the vpn setup depending on location, this then informs the remote sites of the routes?

Hi @soupastars
Why would it have to be ER8411? Afraid of lack of performance on the main site? If that's the case, you should estimate your throughput based on your expectation and test.
The main site can be a high-end model. At the same time, other sites use a decent router. Either way, it's about config not about the model.

@Clive_A We will have multiple VPN connections on this model that we have on-premise now. The model is irrelevant it is just what we are using.

Hi @soupastars
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
What you failed to do has been used by others. I don't know how you configure it then.
