@Fae Will there be a prompt to update through the Omada dashboard? As for me, no prompts. But I am using the OC200(UN)_V1_1.26.3_Build 20230906 (Beta) > Built-in Omada SDN Controller 5.12.9. Is this the same firmware with the official release or it's different? Do I need to manually update to the official release? Both have the same file name.

Thank you for your inquiry. The OC200(UN)_V1_1.26.3_Build 20230906 (Beta) is the same firmware with the official release. So you may not get the update notification through the Omada dashboard, and you don't need to manually update it again.

Controller version 5.12.9 on OC200 and OC300 is very slow using Safari browser (Firefox is working fine and fast)

The R&D team will try to optimize the slow Safari browser issue in subsequent versions, it will take some time as significant changes will be required. Please keep an eye on the new controller version release (subsribe to this post) for an update.

For the time being, you may refer to the following most to least recommended browser versions to access the Omada dashboard.

Chrome 69+ > Firefox 65+ > Edge 106+ > Safari

I think DNS Cache doesn't work if you have manually defined a DNS server address. Because I have the DNS cache enabled for a full day and cannot see anything in the DNS Cache list. I use a PiHole for DNS and it is manually set as the custom DNS server for each VLAN

For better support assistance, please click here to create a new thread with the following information.

1. The Omada Controller version

2. The model number and firmware version of your Router

3. DNS Cache configuration detail
