I upgraded from Software controller version 5.12.7. Upgrade went fine. I've noticed 5.13.9 does not connect to the Cloud, so I can only access the web UI from the PC running the Omada controller software. Didn't see this noted within the release notes above. Per the Notes, Item #4, the Omada controller is expected to be accessible from the Cloud...I can tell you that it is not after the upgrade to 5.13.9. Attempting to launch the controller from the Cloud results in a 404 Error.

Also, the link labels are still off within the Map area. Incorrect port numbers are identified with connections between Jetstream switches when LAG LACP is utilized.

Thanks for your valuable feedback!

After confirming with the support team, the controller 5.13.9 Beta firmware didn't support Cloud access yet, I have corrected it in the original post.

Could you share some screenshots of the displayed issue for us?

And what is your full Network Layout like?

  @Hank21

My network layout is fairly simple (no VLANs)...I have an OPNsense router/firewall connected to a TL-SG2428P Jetstream switch via LACP LAG (which is the root node on my network), and a number of Jetstream switches connected behind that switch throughout my LAN. These include a SG2210P, SG2008P, and a SG2218 switch. I also have several EAP's on the network - 4 EAP670's and 1 EAP610-Outdoor.

I've pasted my network topology diagram from the Omada controller - you can see the issue with the mapping and the ports identified. The diagram shows all sorts of devices connected to the same port (#2) on the SG2428P switch.

@Hank21

@Shoresy

I like the alpha numeric for voucher code.

I seems ER605 is not supported by DPI.

Hope that v5.13 can be viewed in cloud.  The work around I did to access the controller is I use AnyDesk.

This is a great improvements from TP Link.

  @Hank21

Hi there :)

there is still a translation mistake in the German language.

In many settings you used the translation "verleugnen" for "deny" in Omada.

But "verleugnen" means "disavow/disown"

Yes, the German word "verleugnen" could be translated as "deny", but the correct translation is "verweigern". Especially in the IT.

Hello @KzGx1314

I don't have further information of when the ER605 release the firmware to support the DPI yet. May need to keep an eye on the new device firmware release for details.
