Hello,

I have an ER7212PC and leverage DHCP Reservation, somehow for some devices, the reservation is ignored and an IP from another VLAN is assigned.

 

The Switch named "SWITCH-SALON" is not being assigned the IP that was reserved. (TL-SG2008P v3.0 - firmware 3.0.5 Build 20230602 Rel.73473)

 

 

The Access Point named "EAP-SALON" is not being assigned the IP that was reserved. (EAP245 - EAP245(Canada) v3.0[Custom] - firmware 5.0.5 Build 20220323 Rel. 68784)

 

My MANAGEMENT LAN configuration looks like this:

 

 

 

How those 2 devices are connected:

 

 

Note that everything works correctly for my second switch which has a similar deployment (ER7212PC->TL-SG2008P->EAP245).

Hi @SimonLuck 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Because it was previously assigned by the previous DHCP server and the IP has not been released yet.

If you need to get this working instantly, reboot it so it clears the DHCP lease.
