When I click login for my kasa smart app on either my iphone, Ipad or Mac the app crashes and doesnt let me login. I have tried reinstalling the app but its still not working. what is going on? I cannot control any of my lights. They are useless without the app. Im using IOS 17.1
No such feedback in the past few days. Have you tried to reboot your device?
Did the crash occur when you clicked Login? Or did you not get the chance to enter your credentials?
What's the version of the Kasa App you downloaded? You may check it from the App Store.
switching off local network access in settings fixed it for me
