PPPoE dual stacking and disabling PPPoEv6

I've recently moved to a new ISP and I have been having issues getting IPv6 to work on my Deco.
I've been in contact with my ISPs support team and they say that their connections are dual stacked over IPv4 and that the reason my Deco won't connect via IPv6 is because it is using PPPoEv6 which they don't support.
Is there a way of forcing IPv6 traffic over the IPv4 connection or is this something that the Deco doesn't support.
Thanks in advance.

Hi David, Thanks for getting back to me. My ISP is MTH Networks on the OFNL network and they don't have any public documentation but I have found the issue - I had the Get IPv6 Address setting set to auto and changing this to Non-Address has done the trick and I now have IPv6 connectivity. Hopefully this helps anyone else with the same issue when using an ISP that dual stacks their connections.

Hi, May I know who is your internet service provider?
Can you share a link or some reference about the ISP IPV6 internet configuration?
Have you tried "DS lite" as the internet connection type under IPV4?
Thank you very much and best regards.
