Dear Team , 

I have an issue with TL-SG108E v6.6

i tried to restrict the the download and upload for each port and unfortunately did not succeed, the Download limits work as expected but Specifying an upload limit for has no effect, anyone can help us regarding this.

How do you test it out? Do you use iperf to test this?

How do you configure it? Screenshot? Do you configure it correctly? Ingress Rate is the upload speed for the connected device, while Egress Rate is the download speed for the connected device.
