Cant get new AC600 to connect to Archer vr1600v

Model: Archer VR1600v

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version:

Have had router for a while bought son the Tplink ac600 to connect pc to network

put in correct password tried twice and it say Cant connect to network on 2.4 & 5g

Have tested with Realtek apdaptor and it works fine

Confused?

By Tplink AC600 do you mean that you've bought an Archer T2U dongle ?

If that's the case, you have to download and install it's drivers from the support page - here (mind its HW version).
