Hello, 

 

I have 3x C440 cameras.
Each are PoE powered from the NVR.

 

On one camera, I can choose up to 30 FPS for the Video Frame Rate for both Main Stream and Sub Stream.

The other two cameras are only showing up to 20 FPS for this option. Does anyone know why this might be this way?

Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to enable 30FPS?

 

All cameras are set to record at 2560x1440, and Smart Coding is on for each.

Would like to see what is causing this difference.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Did you change the position of it? Rotate 90 degrees?

That mode would set it to 20 FPS.

Can you confirm if all cameras are using the same firmware?
