Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 5.13.24

Hi everybody!

I created two networks based on Omada.
For #1, there are a lot of entries in the LOG about clients disconnecting and reconnecting to the network. It doesn't matter whether the client is connected to the Wi-Fi network or the wired network. The client actually experiences the periodic interruption in the relationship.
System #2 does not have the problem, but it has devices of the same version.

Elements of the network:
- Controller: OC200 v2.0 (5.13.24)
- Gateway: ER605 v2.0 (2.2.4 Build 20240119 Rel.44368)
- Switches: 2
  - TP-Link 8p POE
  - TP-Link 8p

- Devices: 4
  - 2× EAP615-Wall(EU) v1.0
  - 1× EAP610(EU) v2.0
  - 1× EAP225-Outdoor(EU) v3.0
- Clients: 11

The problem did not appear until mid-2023. There have been several updates since then. Modification attempts so far have not been successful.
What can cause this phenomenon?

Regards, TJoe

Hi @TJoe

Please try to customize the notifications in Logs. You can go to Log > Notifications and configure the Event and the Alert based on device, client etc.

You can compare the notifications setting on your controller and check the difference.
