Using TL-WPA7617 1.0 and TL-PA7017P 4.0

Using the device wifi, up and download work fine on both bands: at a rate around 50Mbps which is consistent with the wifi from my router

Over ethernet I get a download rate about 4 to 6 Mbps (surprisingly 10x lower than what I have over wifi) and an upload rate about 95Mbps. Upload is consistent with what my router can deliver over ethernet, download is not, it should be 95+Mbps

In order to understand the problem

-I checked the firmware it seems up to date.

-I plugged both devices on top of each over to make sure the problem does not come from the powerline, then got a communication rate above 700Mbps (got the rate using the tpPLC app). And got the same rates again

Clearly not satisfied with the download rate over ethernet. This is a hardware problem?
