OC200 Cloud light not blinking, Reset not working

when i turn on using usb power or POE, (for usb used 2a 5v, for poe used tplink 63w poe switch)

  • in both cloud light is not blinking,
  • the power light is on on both conditons and never blinks or goes off,
  • the lan cable or poe port when connected is not showing any activity(light is not blinking in the ports),
  • not showing up in DHCP list of the router or the swtich, tried both ways. (eaps connected to router or the switch getting detected)
  • eset button is not working, holding for 5 seconds,
  • press and hold reset while powering on for 10 seconds not working,

 

Tried connecting directly to my computer by changing my ip to

  • ip         - 192.168.0.100,
  • subnet - 255.255.255.0,
  • router   - 192.168.0.253,
  • dns      - 8.8.8.8

and tried connecting to it mannualy still nothing happens,

what else can i do to connect it or reset it, need help

Hi @godjerin 

If there was no any activity when you direct connect to the OC200 with the static IP address, please try the Recovery Mode and see whether it will work.

 

If it still not work, please contact the support team and check the warranty for you.
